Why needle play is effective

When you skewer the penis with (big) needles you create small amounts of scar tissue. Over time this will build up rapidly, but you can also use more needles if you are impatient. This damage to the erectile tissue is what we are looking for, you want to have as much internal scarring as possible as space that is filled by scarring can not hold blood. It gets even better because scar tissue is also less elastic than the original tissue found in the dicklet. You should always use the thickest needles you can get your hands on as they cause far more damage than the thinner ones.

If you use the biggest needles for your CBT experiments you can even extract "flesh worms". Since the hypodermic needles are hollow, they will function in a similar way to an apple core drill. You are basically doing a biopsy on your slaves erectile tissue ? Can you imagine the damage that does? Every needle bores it's way through your slave's little dicklet, removing chunks of flesh in the process. This will fill up nicely with lovely scar tissue, making the proces even faster.
